Project Description
This Construction Management at-Risk contract was for preconstruction and construction services. The facility provides ship to storage receiving conveyor systems, vertical storage capability (12 silos 40聽feet wide聽by 139 feet tall and three聽silos 65聽feet wide聽by 159聽feet tall for a total capacity of 220,000 tons of ilmenite ore and coke) and storage to rail or truck load out conveyor systems. This project included all civil, mechanical, structural聽and electrical work聽along with all other work systems to provide a complete, full and operational facility.
